Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of the Heulwen Trust will be held at:

1st Clives Own Welshpool Scout Headquarters & Community Centre, Oldford Lane, Welshpool

on 26 November 2024 at 6.30

to transact the following business:

1) To approve the Minutes from the last AGM.

2) To adopt Directors’ Statement, Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for financial year end 31 December 2023

3) To re-appoint Cadwallader & Co LLP as Auditor.

4) To accept the resignation of members to the Committee of Management of the Heulwen Trust.

5) To elect members to the Committee of Management of the Heulwen Trust (current members Peter Frederic Charles Edwards, John Gareth Thomas and Ryta Ward are willing to continue.) `

  • To elect the Honorary President
  • To elect the Chair of the Committee of Management.
  • To elect a Secretary of the Committee of Management.
  • To elect a Treasurer of the Committee of Management.
  • To elect 3 other members to the Committee of Management

6) To nominate members of the Boats and Services group.

7) To nominate members to the Country Festival group.
