Heulwen Trust Data & Media Use – Consent Form

The Heulwen Trust consent form is used to record express permission to use personal data or digital media (sound images or video) of  an individual patron using our services with the express intention of using such data or or media for the trusts for marketing purposes.   Just to clarify, our team may ask your permission to take a photo or video during your visit and voyage but we will not use such recordings on our website or in our marketing materials without your express written consent. Hence we may ask you to download this form or complete a form like this on site prior to using such media or data. The form also provides for withdrawal of consent in line with rights of an individual afforded by the European General Data Protection Regulation act 2018 .
